Afriway has one of the most notable corporate social responsibility programs in the country. Our main objective is to promote the campaign against sickle cell disease and help the children of Angola. All of our social campaigns aim to raise donations for the Pediatric Hospital David Bernardino and to raise awareness among our customers through the following initiatives such as: Afriway Day! We have created a special day dedicated to this cause. During the second Friday of each month, for each donation made by you on our website, we offer a discount on our products!
Back in 2015 and traditionaly in africa everybody use a phone number instep of an email to business communications! So we created a system for that propose. From creating an account to make a purchase automatically you would recive a message with all the information. Plus we would call you giving the follow up!
As customers create a new account they receive a welcoming message on there phones with user information.
Customer receives a message with all purchace details and support contacts.
Moments after purchase we called to help with the follow up the order. And later again to give all the information for time delivery.

From the profile page to cover and all the albuns everything was thinking to have an appeal and beautiful place to find inspiration as also to help others! We use our resources to promote social institutes that promoted and help childreen in need! The afriway day was exactly that! A day people would have a great discount if they would accept to donate to an institution!
All images we presented were carefully thought to be direct and easy to understand. The afriway brand brought amazing design to the angolan web atmosphere that made us a success.
We made a campaign on Facebook where we offer an iPhone on the day of the website launch! We created a landing page in our Facebook page where everyone in the country could insert there email! By sharing and having there friends in the list they improved there change! It was an amazing success giving great awareness to the brand!
